A complete home renovation in Heworth, York
The Outcome
We were contacted by a couple with young children who had just found their dream home - but there were big problems. Side and rear extensions had been started but were unfinished and there were floors and walls missing everywhere. While the couple had vision, they required our help to identify all works required and project manage to completion. Together using Distincts network of skilled and proactive individuals we turned the property into an amazing large home, with personal touches and ideas incorporated along the way. We very much enjoyed working on this extremeley rewarding project.
“Darren and his team did a brilliant job with our renovation. They took on a partially completed leaking extension/build and fixed it up to our lovely home. The work was done to a high standard, efficiently and on a budget. He helped us to think through decisions and future proof the house, like extra plumbing in the main room in case we wanted to add extra radiatorsat some point, and including a log fire (which we wouldnt be without now!). He is also very creative and designed our utility room himself with a wall of wardrobes that hide a downstairs toilet.
